1. Who we are

2. What we collect

This website has no contact form. If you get in touch, it is because you chose to ring us or email us, and the only information we hold is what you send. That typically includes:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Details of your booking, cut sheet or order.
• Any notes needed to process and return your order correctly.

The site may also collect basic, non-identifying visit statistics through our hosting provider.

3. Why we collect it

To book your job in, process it the way you asked, contact you when it is ready, invoice you, and answer questions afterwards. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to keep you posted.

4. Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do the job: for example a farmer or supplier whose order you are collecting, or our payment and accounting providers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Third-party content

This site embeds a Google Map and links out to Google and Facebook. When you interact with those, their own privacy policies apply to the information they collect.

6. Storage and security

Order records and contact details are held only as long as we need them for the job and for our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to keep them secure, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Ring the shop or email us and we will sort it out.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google Map, may set its own.
